We've Got A New Location! Introducing Secret Skin Barn

It feels a little surreal to finally say this - but Secret Skin is growing, and we’re so excited to introduce our newest location: Secret Skin Barn!

This launch has been a long time coming, and it simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support, trust and loyalty of you. Here's everything you need to know.

Our New Skin Clinic In Hampshire

Located in Stratfield Saye, Secret Skin Barn is a secluded, wellness-led skin clinic designed to offer a slower, more considered approach to skin and body treatments.

Created by Nurse Louise, the Barn was designed as a place to step away from the rush of everyday life - somewhere calm, grounding and intentional where you can focus on feeling your best in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

At The Barn, we’ll be offering a carefully curated menu of advanced skin and body treatments, including Morpheus8, bespoke facials, lymphatic drainage massage and HiFEM, alongside injectable treatments delivered by Nurse Louise. This means you can still access the medical aesthetics treatments you know and trust.

What Is The Barn's Ethos?

While our Hartley Wintney clinic is centred around medical aesthetics, Secret Skin Barn was created to offer a different pace of care.

Set within the Hampshire countryside, the Barn is a space for both men and women to slow down, reset and reconnect with their skin, body and wellbeing. From the moment you arrive, the environment is designed to feel calm and welcoming, with unhurried conversations and a focus on how you feel - not just how you look.

Rather than quick fixes or one-off treatments, the Barn is rooted in a nurturing, long-term approach. Treatments are carefully selected to work in harmony with your body, and plans are built around you, evolving over time as your needs change.

Treatments Launching At Secret Skin Barn

Alongside our existing treatments, we’re also introducing exciting new therapies at the Barn.

We’ll be launching Laser Therapy, offering solutions for laser hair removal, IPL (photo facials) and thread vein and vessel removal - expanding our ability to support skin clarity, tone and confidence.

We’re also incredibly excited to introduce the Ultra Tesla Pelvic Floor Chair, a revolutionary, non-invasive treatment for both men and women. This treatment will be led by Lisa. Lisa is incredibly passionate about pelvic floor therapy and the confidence and quality-of-life benefits it can offer, and she’ll be focusing on this service exclusively at the Barn. There will also be a very exciting launch offer to celebrate its arrival.

Over time, we’ll continue to expand our facial menu to include even more bespoke treatments, such as acne-focused facials and, eventually, pregnancy-safe facials - allowing the Barn to grow alongside our clients’ needs.

Meet The Team At The Barn

Secret Skin Barn will be supported by a familiar, trusted team.

• Nurse Louise will continue to offer injectable treatments alongside advanced skin therapies, bringing her medical expertise into the Barn setting.

  
  

• Lisa, our Beauty Technician, will be leading pelvic floor chair treatments, delivering this specialist service with care, discretion and genuine passion.

• Nurse Maria will also be offering a range of facial and body treatments at The Barn, bringing her calm, nurturing approach and expertise in skin health to the new space.

Together, the team will ensure every visit feels supportive, considered and tailored to you.
