e’re here to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your aesthetic journey.

  • What Aesthetic Treatments Do You Provide?
At our Hampshire aesthetics clinic we provide a range of safe, rejuvenating treatments, ranging from Dermal Filler to Anti Wrinkle Injections and Skin Boosters. You can learn more about our varied treatments here.
  • How Do I Book An Appointment?
Booking an appointment at Secret Skin Aesthetics is easy! Just click here, select the treatment you'd like to book and the date you'd like to attend, then input your details. We'll ask you for a small deposit to secure your booking.
  • Do You Provide Free Consultations?
Yes, our bespoke consultations are free. The consultation gives us an opportunity to ask about your concerns, lifestyle and any wider skin problems. Whether you know which treatment you’d like or not, this step is essential for ensuring that you receive the best outcome. You can learn more about our free aesthetics consultations here.
  • Are Your Practitioners Licensed & Insured?
Both Nurse Louise and our resident Prescriber Emily are licensed and insured. They're both medically-trained and recognised by several licensing bodies to provide access to safe, aesthetics treatments. Similarly, we only use scientifically proven and recognised products like Teoxane and Profhilo. This means that our treatments are slightly more premium in price due to their quality, safety and effectiveness.
  • What Should I Do Before My Treatment?
The steps you take before your treatment largely depend on the treatment you have. However, as a golden rule, you should avoid alcohol and any blood thinning medication for at least 48 hours. You should also arrive with a clean face and make-up free. Nurse Louise will provide specific instructions based on the treatment you are receiving.
  • What Should I Do After My Treatment?
Following your appointment, Nurse Louise will provide you with a personalised aesthetics aftercare plan to explain what you should and shouldn't do. This will support you on your journey to confident skin. You can learn more about our post-treatment aesthetics advice here.
  • Can I Combine Treatments?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend you combine treatments. At Secret Skin Aesthetics, we adopt a full face ethos. This means that we're focused on overall rejuvenation to help you feel your most confident self. At a consultation, Nurse Louise will discuss your concerns and create a treatment plan based on your goals. Sometimes, we won't be able to complete all treatments in one session. However, if this is the case, we'll inform you beforehand.
  • Do You Offer Financing Options?
We don't currently accept finance. You'll be asked to pay a small deposit to secure your appointment. Then, we can accept the rest of the payment on the day.
  • Why Is It Important To Go To A Medical Practitioner?
Choosing a medical practitioner is crucial for ensuring your safety, expertise and optimal results. Non-medical practitioners often lack the in-depth training and licensing required to safely perform aesthetic procedures. They tend to use lower-quality, unregulated products, which can lead to unpredictable outcomes. Non-medical practitioners are also less equipped to handle emergencies. At Secret Skin Aesthetics, both Nurse Louise and Emily are medically trained to avoid these risks. Their comprehensive knowledge of the human anatomy means that they can accurately treat your concerns, whilst being prepared to handle any complications.
  • Do Injectable Treatments Hurt?
At our Hampshire aesthetics clinic, our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. As with any needle, there might be some slight discomfort. However, Nurse Louise will apply a topical anaesthetic beforehand to minimise pain.
  • Where Is Secret Skin Aesthetics?
Secret Skin Aesthetics is located in Hartley Wintney, close to Basingstoke, in Hampshire. You'll find us inside of We Are One Hair & Beauty, alongside The Laser Loft and Gloss By Casey.
