Secret Skin is a Hampshire-based aesthetics and wellness brand made up of two clinics - our medical aesthetics clinic in Hartley Wintney and our skin and body clinic, Secret Skin Barn, in Stratfield Saye.

The Hartley Wintney clinic is centred around medical aesthetics and injectables, while the Barn was intentionally created as a more secluded, restorative space for wellness-led skin and body treatments, welcoming both men and women.
