Secret Skin is a Hampshire-based aesthetics and wellness brand made up of two clinics - our medical aesthetics clinic in Hartley Wintney and our skin and body clinic, Secret Skin Barn, in Stratfield Saye.
Led by a team of highly qualified medical professionals, our two locations work together to support confidence, comfort and long-term wellbeing. The Hartley Wintney clinic is centred around medical aesthetics and injectables, while the Barn was intentionally created as a more secluded, restorative space for wellness-led skin and body treatments, welcoming both men and women.

Created as a slower, more grounding space, it’s a place to switch off, feel supported and focus on restoring balance and confidence.
